4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the service booked:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are generally non-refundable
• Premium and special event bookings may have stricter cancellation policies

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, typically within 7-14 business days.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Additional fees may apply for:

• Late returns
• Traffic violations or tolls incurred during rental

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees and represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

5.3 Security Deposits

For vehicle rentals, a security deposit may be required. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated during the booking process and will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.

6. Vehicle Rental Terms

6.1 Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle through our Services, drivers must:

• Meet the minimum age requirement (typically 25 years for luxury vehicles)
• Possess a valid driving license held for at least 2 years
• Present the original driving license at the time of vehicle collection
• Have a clean driving record (subject to verification)
• Present a valid credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit

6.2 Vehicle Use

Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with our policies, including:

• Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle
• Vehicles must be used solely within the United Kingdom unless explicitly permitted
• Vehicles must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• No smoking, pets, or unauthorized modifications are allowed
• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received

6.3 Insurance

Standard insurance is included with all vehicle rentals, covering:

• Third-party liability
• Collision damage with an excess (deductible)
• Theft protection with an excess (deductible)

Optional coverage is available to reduce or eliminate the excess amount. Insurance does not cover:

• Personal belongings
• Damage caused by prohibited uses
• Damage to tires, windshield, or undercarriage unless specified
• Loss of vehicle keys or documents

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

Our Services and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by MindaLinaya-Lipa, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:
